Terms & Conditions

If you register a child for a private nursery places on the FIRST visit to the nursery, the registration fee is waived.  If you register a child  at a later date (even a day later) the registration fees applies and is payable during the registration process.  The fee is non-refundable and does not count towards any nursery fees.

The registration fee covers admin costs and secures a nursery place for up to ONE month.

All funded nursery places are free of charges for registering a child.

Nursery fees cover the cost of providing private childcare and daycare services, meals and snacks.  

Fees are non-negotiable, non-refundable.  You are not permitted at anytime to accumulate unused hours, time or days.

Fees do NOT cover extras such as nappies, wipes, creams.  If we provide any of the items mentioned, you are charged per item.

Additional costs may occur for late pick-ups, early drop-off, extra meals, late payments.

Invoices are sent directly to the customer parent portal for payment. Regular nursery fee payments can be paid directly from the parent portal using different methods such as credit or debit card and bank payments.  

The Customer Parent Portal enables the person responsible for paying nursery fees to access online invoicing, payment history, communications, documentation etc. 

We also accept cash payments of up to £1000.  The amount you pay in cash must be the correct amount, we do not keep cash on the premises therefore unable to give change of any kind.

HALF DAY OPTIONS

You have a choice of start times:

Mornning sessions start from 7:45am, 8:00am, 8:30am, 9:00am and 10:00am.

Afternoon sessions start at 1:00pm only.

Half session duration FOUR HOURS.

PART DAY or SHORT DAY OPTION - most requested

Part Day / Short Day option starts from 8am and collection before 3:30pm.

You are charged the LOWER rate fee.

Part day or short day sessions apply to the over 2's only.  Part days are not available for the under' 2's at the present time.  Places are limited.

FULL DAY OPTION

Full Day start anytime from 7:45am and collection before 5:15pm.  A total of NINE HOURS + THIRTY MINUTES per day. You are charged the higher rate fee.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All sessions are subject to availability.
• A MINIMUM of TWO SESSIONS per week is required. If the nursery is unable to offer all sessions due to high levels of demand, we will permit the customer to a reduction to the minimum number of sessions required.
• Times are fixed when registering.  You are welcome to change times where one months notice is given.

We charge for extra's such as extra sessions, extended sessions, late collections, early drop-offs, extra meals.

If we provide nappies or wipes you will be charged per item.

Extra's must be paid in cash and seperate from normal fees.

If a child is absent for any reason including illness, holiday and general absence, nursery fees are still required to be paid in full.   Where a child is hospitalised we will not charge you retainer fees and will reserve a place during hospital admission time only. We will require proof otherwise regular fees apply.  A place will be reserved no longer than two weeks of any hospitalisation. 

Meals are included for the following sessions:

Morning - Breakfast & Lunch.

Afternoon - Afternoon Tea only.

Part or Short Day - Breakfast, Lunch only.

All Day - Breakfast, Lunch & Afternoon Tea PLUS sweet or savory treats late afternoon.

You can add extra meals at an additional cost.  See menu. 

Important: Meals are not always included where sessions have been personalised, discounted, or shortened sessions. 

You must inform the nursery of any existing dietary requirements BEFORE a child starts nursery.

You must inform the nursery of any NEW dietary requirements during  time at the setting.

Meals, snacks and treats are provided complimentary of the nursery.   Missed meals have no monetary value.  

All meals must be eaten on the premises.  We do not provide meals or snacks for home consumption.  

We operate a buffet style service to children, allowing them to choose food.  Experienced staff are present to offer help, support and assistance. 

The Try Us For Free offer is open to all new parents and carers registering with the nursery for the first time.

1. When you register your child we will arrange  free sessions prior to starting.
2. The FIRST free session lasts for TWO HOURS.
3. The SECOND free session lasts for TWO HOURS.
4. OR our THIRD option is to enjoy a full session to match your booked times and day.
5. The sessions are taken over TWO CONSECTIVE DAYS IN THE SAME WEEK.
6. The sessions days and times will be determined by the person in charge.
7. There is no monetary value to the free sessions.
8. No meals are included, unless otherwise agreed.
9. The offer has no cash value.
10. This offer applies to new families registering for the first time.
11. We will not negotiate any part of the above offer.
12. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse this offer where deemed appropiate.
13. The free sessions apply to funded and fee paying nursery places.
14. Offer applies to children aged over Two years of age.

We appoint you a personal keyworker as soon as you register a child.  The keyworker works closely with your child and your family to offer support, help and advice whenever you need it.  This helps build positive trusting relationships between the nursery and families.  

Our team of early years practitioners are highly qualified and very experienced in working with young children and can offer expertise at a time when you need it most.

Term time childcare saves you money because you only pay nursery fees during term time dates.  You don't get charged any retainer fees out of term dates such as Christmas, Easter, Summer holidays etc, but we hold a place for you.  In total you pay 38 weeks instead of 52 weeks per year.  You can use term time childcare for any age group including babies saving you £'s every year.
